Description

The entrance of the building faces northeast. The building itself is oval, with striped divisions, a glass structure which is encircled like a bastion by four angular building parts. The inner corners of these angular parts continue into the oval section, with each side having 5 tall windows, and at the top, one half-window each. It has a flat roof with a relatively high curb.

On the side facing the Eastman garden, there is no building part, and opposite to it, from the street side, there is a wide, thin frontal wall. On the side opposite to the entrance, there are only windows on the lower angular part of the building.

In the oval part’s glass surface, there are cylindrical grooves, from the entrance side and the opposite surface at the bottom, three are taller, and at the top, there are 8 of two divisions’ height.

From the garden side, the grooves are: 1 wide at the bottom, above it 4 pieces, going upwards 4 taller ones and then in the middle one wide, two divisions tall.

The street-facing side opposite to the garden is characterized by the façade. This façade runs up to the height of the oval roof, through the middle part, the oval section becomes visible. From the side, a thin row of windows indicates the floors, at the lower part, there are two windows in three rows, and at the open part’s two edges, there are 3-3 window-like decorations which are also illustrated with grooves.

On the roof, there are seven buildings and three smaller mechanical installations. Starting from the garden side, there are two circular, one arched with three windows, two larger also with windows on every side, and finally two buildings, one of which is “L” shaped. Each of the buildings has a thin rim.
