Making Accessibility Tangible: Our New
Braille Production Services announcement
Launch May 1, 2025

At Even Grounds, accessibility isn’t an add-on — it’s at the heart of what we do.
That’s why we are proud to announce the launch of our Braille Production Services, officially available starting May 1, 2025.

What differentiates us from other similar companies is that we are leveraging our 3D design and production services, offering 2D tactile design to create exactly what makes life most accessible to your
clients.

Blind and visually impaired individuals deserve access to the same rich, detailed information that sighted people take for granted, whether it’s reading a museum guide, understanding a complex map, or
following educational materials. Yet too often, accessibility solutions are incomplete, confusing, or simply missing.

Our new Braille Production Services were designed to meet this challenge. They offer a complete solution to help educational institutions, cultural organizations, and public venues provide clear, high-quality braille and tactile resources — without compromise.

Here’s how we’re making a difference:

  • Braille Transcription with Purpose: Documents, books, visitor guides, and handouts are carefully transcribed into braille with accuracy and durability in mind.
  • Tactile Graphics that Communicate: We create tactile diagrams, charts, and maps that follow established tactile graphics standards — ensuring they are not just raised lines on a page,
    but truly understandable representations.
  • Expert Literary and Nemeth Transcription: In collaboration with Braille Music and More, founded by Patrick Janson, the current
president of the National Braille Association, we bring deep expertise to even the most technical materials, including foreign language and math content.
  • When Flat Isn’t Enough — 3D Tactile Solutions: For complex or spatial information that 2D drawings can’t capture, we offer tactile 3D models, expanding our ongoing collaboration with the Clovernook Center for the Blind and
    Visually Impaired
    .

Our goal is simple: to give blind and visually impaired individuals real, independent access to information — whether they’re visiting a museum, attending a class, or reading a program guide.

Starting May 1, 2025, our team is ready to partner with you to bring accessible, meaningful materials to life.

If you’re ready to move beyond minimum compliance and create experiences that truly include everyone, we would love to hear from you.

Let’s build a more accessible world, one tactile page at a time.
