A few steps lead up to the terrace, which is about 1 meter high. The
terrace is surrounded by a thick stone wall. On the right side, the
handrail follows the curve of the stairs, while on the left, a
column-like decoration is built into the wall. Upon reaching the
terrace, on the left side, a bench is integrated into the curved stone
railing. Going straight ahead, you reach the main entrance door, which
ends in arches at the top. To its right is the glass dome of the
conservatory, which is protected all around by a metal grille. The
cornice attached to the base follows the structural line of the dome.
Above the main entrance and the conservatory, there are three arched
windows, each decorated with recessed elements on both sides and above.
Above them, at attic level, are five small windows in a 1-3-1
arrangement. These are topped by arched wall decorations and the arched
cornice of the eaves. This cornice is framed by two side wall ornaments,
shaped like horns, as well as the round turret roof on the left and the
chimney on the right. Continuing to the right, there is an open area
like a small terrace recessed into the building’s wall. Its upper
section is arched and above it is a balcony-like passage that connects
to the tower in the building’s right corner. Continuing further right,
the terrace curves with the road. Another staircase is located at the
corner of the tower. To the right of the stairs, three small windows are
placed nearly at terrace height. Above them is an arched window on the
raised ground floor. Further up is the large arched window of the corner
tower, under which the wall is decorated with a recessed arch. The top
corner of the tower is more rounded, and the roof takes on an arched
shape as it rises—this curved roof corner design is found throughout the
structure, just like the variously curved and rounded walls. The tower’s
roof and structure are integrated with the rest of the building. The
upper floor of the tower is completely open and has a door connecting
both to the adjacent walkway and the main building. On the left side, a
large arched window—identical to those on the main wall—is present, and
on the rear, a small arched window close to the wall provides a view
outward. The main wall has a large arched entrance, and the walkway has
a smaller arched door. In the center of the walkway is another large
arched window, and of course, the door on the left side. Turning around
the right-hand corner, under the tower, small basement windows are
supported by decorative wall elements on both sides. On the rear of the
tower, a rectangular wall section with a small roof forms one basement
entrance, which is flanked by decorative wall elements. Above this
entrance is an arched window, and higher up on the tower wall is the
previously mentioned arched window. Continuing along this side, you’ll
find basement windows with arched tops arranged in a 2-1-2 layout. Above
them, two large arched windows on each side frame the central arched
bastion, whose corners are rounded and lower section is decorated with
arched supports. On the left side of the bastion is a large arched
window; on the right side, a small one. Then comes a large curved corner
wall. Remaining on the tower, the upper part has a large central arched
window and, within the arch, one small arched window on each end. At
attic level, two small arched windows are placed in the center. The
corner of the roof continues the curve of the wall, and a chimney is
attached on the left side. As we proceed toward the rear wall of the
building, there’s a large arched corner with an unmentioned basement
window below and a large arched window above. The curved section has two
small windows and one extra window facing the tower. A chimney is also
placed on this part of the curved roof. After this wall section, two
basement windows and a leaf-shaped window above separate us from the
rear section of the building. The rear section underwent major changes
during renovation compared to its earlier state. It is partly sunken
into the ground, with a leaf-shaped window similar to the previous ones.
Next to it is a rear entrance door with a side-hinged panel. These were
only partially completed, their continuation marked by a break in the
wall. Above these sections, a roof structure was created, following the
cornice line, represented with a small protrusion. To the right of this
is the original basement window. In the raised ground floor section, a
large arched window was installed (this area used to contain a
passageway that has since been removed), and above the rear entrance, a
larger and a smaller arched window. On the upper floor, on the left
side, a long arched window is placed between two larger ones. Aligned
with the rear entrance is another large arched window with a
semicircular base, and finally, a small arched window beside it. In the
roof structure above this, a chimney is placed to the left. Facing
forward, two small roof windows admit light, and above them is a large
arched dormer window. At the rear is another important structure: a new
corner bastion. Its corners are also rounded, though less so than the
previous one, but still more than average. On its upper rear wall is a
large arched window, and a small one at attic level. This part of the
roof is highly complex. On the left, a small hipped roof connects to it;
another L-shaped hipped roof links it to the main roofline, and as we
move toward the front of the building, another hipped roof connects
here, behind which is a group of three chimneys. As we turn from the
curved corner back toward the main entrance, a large arched window is
placed on the upper floor, above which are three smaller windows. This
is followed by the balcony section: basement window, large arched
window, balcony. Two doors open to the balcony from the wall opposite
the railing, and above them, a small arched balcony with a leaf-shaped
balcony door. On the wall section to the right of the balcony are three
basement windows, above them three small windows, and then two large
arched windows flanking a larger arched window. In the space between the
next arched corner and wall, there is another basement entrance, also
protected by side walls. Above it, on the raised ground floor, is a
small window. Continuing toward the entrance on this side, there’s one
more basement window and a large window above, leading to the round
bastion. The bastion blends halfway into the wall, its bottom features
teardrop-shaped decoration, a large circular window is in the middle,
and the attic level is adorned with three small windows. The rounded top
continues slightly arched, and behind it, a small hipped roof connects
to the roof structure above the entrance. To its left is another
chimney. A distinctive feature of the roof is the upper roof bastion.
Following the ridge of the gable roof above the entrance, we arrive at
the large central roof structure, from which smaller bastion roof
elements branch off, merging into them. At the front of this roof, below
the ridge, starts a round bastion. It has four windows: two fully
visible in the front and two partially covered by the roof in the rear.
This small bastion’s roof, like its wall structure, is partially
integrated into the main roof. The roof here also follows the circular
base of the wall as it rises upward.
